Who are we?
We are a family farm located in Desbarats, a Northern Ontario community situated just 30 minutes from Sault Ste. Marie. The farm has been in the family since the 1940s and up until 1992 operated as a dairy farm. However over the next 10 years we slowly change focus to bison and completely committed to our bison operation by 2005.Now John and his family are looking to provide Ontarians with our delicious bison products!
What we offer?
We offer pasture-raised, 100% grass-fed bison products at our farm. Products available include ground bison, patties, steaks and many more delicious products. Our grass-fed and pasture raised bison meat are lower in fat, cholesterol, and calories. Bison is also much higher in protein, Omega Fatty Acids, Vitamin E, Iron and many other nutrients when compared to beef.
